can't download mp3 file

Bought featured item chicago show mp3 file. You took my money but cant download file. Little discouraging to say the least.

    make sure you are logged in - i just had this same problem, i redeemed my free bootleg code, and it wouldnt download, took me 45 mins to figure it out, but for some reason i keep getting logged out every other page i click. i signed back in and the download was there ready to go - currently downloading Philly 2009/10/31 show - cant wait!

    Did you figure out how to gt your downloads to go? I've got the same problem, I have two in my order history and can click the links but nothing actually downloads.
