    its a cool bar,restaurant...holds around 100 people..in the center of the city with alot bars around and close to Dam square..
    from there later we can go to some big bars,with live music etc...

    Here in the U.S. if you lose, forget, or never received your tickets, you can go to the box office the day of the show with the credit card used (and I.D.) and they'll reprint them for you. Can you check the box office in Amsterdam to see if that's an option?

    Or is viagogo a secondary market seller? If so, ignore what I just said. ;)

    Viagogo is secondary market seller, like StubHub.

    Have you contacted viagogo and informed them of your situation? I once sold tickets on StubHub to someone who had the wrong shipping address so the tickets went to the wrong address and they couldn't retrieve it. Who knows why. StubHub contacted me to ask me to contact TM to reissue the tickets electronically because the event was close. I didn't even think TM could do it but they did it without hesitation.

    Point is, if viagogo knows your situation, perhaps they can attempt to contact the seller and ask the seller if they could get the ticket vendor to reissue electronic tickets.

    Alternatively, was it sent via a traceable shipper? Do you know where in the world the tickets are?

    I contacted them via Mail...

    I bought the Tickets in december i think...
    Till today no Mail from viagogo that the Tickets are shipped... Status is: seller Awaits Tickets to arrive so that he can ship them :-/

    I would start getting more aggressive with Viagogo. Call and email twice a day and follow-up if you don't hear back. When you purchased the tickets, does it tell you when to expect your ticket to arrive? December was a long time ago.

    I agree, if you can't contact the seller direct then defo begin with Viagogo. If the seller bought through ticketmaster, they may well not have them yet as they send them out very close to the gig in order to prevent tickets being copied or touted.

    No, they aren't out yet. On the 10c events bit it said by yesterday, so we should get them soon. I can't see them being different from before though, so expect collection from the box office on the afternoon of the gig with ID and 15 minute early entry entitlement.

    On the Mail u get if you buy Tickets they say do Not worry Because it could be that the seller can receive the Tickets just One week before the Concert...

    My viagogo Manchester 1 Tickets arrived in february... So i Hope it will work all Good for us :-/
