Take Away the Music & Lyrics- Just the VOICE

It's been said and re-said but I feel the need to pay homage directly to the voice of Pearl Jam.
Eddie Vedder's voice stimulates a chord deep within; reaches depths nothing else has ever reached, in me. Often while listening to a song, his voice suddenly penetrates so sharply and clearly that is startles my senses for one beautiful and intense moment. I think, "is this voice real? Where does it come from?"

If you take away the music and the specific lyrics - do you have a favourite song seemingly carried by his voice alone?

Wash is up there for me ... so sensual, I can feel the rain pouring down over my insides as he sings.

    for me its I got I.d. The range and expression in Eds voice is amazing. Chills everytime. I feel the relevance for me. And my one of my all time favorite songs.
