Need advice - Traveling to Europe first week of July

And since I'm headed there I want to make the most of my trip by catching a show while I'm there. I can go online and buy tickets for the Berlin or Czech Republic shows but wanted to get your input on how easy it might be to score better tickets once I'm over there. Since I've never been I'm not sure what the secondary market is like for tickets so any help would be appreciated.

    In Berlin you can get easily tickets outside the venue, a lot of people have some times extra tickets and they sell them for face value.
