    it's basically like if you cracked open a coconut, took out the chunks rolled them in sugar and dried them. so it's big thick chunks of dried coconut. the texture is like dried fruit, a little chewy.

    soooooooo delicious! (I already ate an entire bag in the last 2 days. :oops: )
