    A friend of mine, his sister I guess plucks her eyebrows and draws them in with a pencil or marker or some shit. Just a line like that chick's picture.

    It's actually distracting when talking to her, it's all you can look at.

    I have a friend who has such thin and light blond eye browns that she has to paint them on every morning. She would probably love to do something like this and have it over and done with once and for all.

    a old buddy of mine from our younger years married a gal like this. to me she is alien like. she actually has plucked her eyebrows completely out and looks like a ding dong.

    :? Yeah, those are drawn on eyebrows, not eyebrow tattoos. Eyebrow tattoos are usually done behind the eyebrow hairs I believe, to enhance the color if someone has light/thinned out brows from too much plucking, etc. and they can actually look really good if done right. I think there's a guy in Portland who began as an artist and he became a cosmetic doctor and he uses an actual airbrushing artist technique and it is supposed to look amazing. I cannot understand why girls shave their eyebrows off just to draw them back on; it's atrocious. Get them waxed or shaped! You don't even have to do it yourself!
