    A couple months ago I planted an avacado seed in the corner of our 5 acre lot and never thought much would happen. Well, last week I'm mowing the lawn there it was a planted grew to just over a foot now. The rain right now will help BUT It will probably take about 25 years or so to bear anything.....i'll probably be long gone by then to Phoenix retired.
