    hamels justification for hitting him was pretty weak. he should have just called him a pompous douche when asked why he hit him.

    will definitely be fun the rest of the year when these teams play each other.

    also, thank god harper didn't charge the mound. he is only 19 but I think he'd break hamels over his knee in a fight

    The best part of that lame excuse is that the drug he tested positive for is one that you can't get in the US, so he either left the country to get some cough medicine or he's lying.

    I don't think I'd sign Hamilton to a long term deal because of age and injuries but fuck, that dude is awesome and going to get paid. Between kemp and Hamilton, baseball is good...

    he is fun to watch, but yeah I wouldn't give him a big contract either. especially with what you said and the fact that he's always one beer or line away from going off the deep end (sucks to say that but it's true)
