    They could play the new Barclays Center which is opening in Brooklyn soon. PJ in Brooklyn would be awesome.

    LET ME PREFACE THIS BY SAYING THAT I PERSONALLY DON'T BELIEVE THIS IS TRUE... but my friend's brother works security for the concerts at central park and Rumsey and claims that PJ is playing Central Park in Sept. I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS, however he isn't a Pearl Jam fan AT ALL and him saying of all months, Sept. kinda made me wonder because he would have no clue that they are doing shows in Sept in the US

    Central park is the worst venue in all of NYC. Sound is too low and muddled. I would hate if this is true.

    Would love for my first visit to NYC be seeing PJ at MSG & also catch a Rangers game while I'm there (if it was against the Leafs, it would be a dream weekend :D )

    Maybe the sound is good if you are right up front. In my experience the sound is so bad that I would skip every show here from now on except Pearl Jam.

    I hate to break it to you but it MSG is closed all summer. It goes dark as soon as the Knicks and Rangers finish and doesn't reopen till October. Same thing next year, so I wouldn't hold my breath for an MSG summer show.
