i expected a brighter white in the drawing...more along the lines of the paper it's printed on.

imo, from all standpoints :D ... flip it!!!!

I thought all these posters were 18x24! I ordered a regular PJ one, and it's 17x26! That's not even a real size!
    Which one was 17x26?

is there a real size? which should be the real size? how do we measure "realness" in poster sizes? don't get me wrong, I'm with you on this, 17x26 or 18x24 are almost the same, average size is 18x24 which is a bit small imo, I think all posters should be 24" wide 36" high... but what do I know?

Hmm...does hoff trade frames for posters?

  • "Real" was a sarcastic term...I mean that no poster frames come in 17x26. But, I think I can probably find another size one with an 18x24 or 16x20 matte...That shouldn't take anything away from the actual design.
And it was the PJ Indianapolis poster.

One of the best designs IMO.

Plus it's a different variant then the one sold @ Artillery Design.

The gold is metallic, unlike the show copies.

EV + Star Wars + metallic ink :D

EV + Star Wars just wasn't cutting it for me because I thought it looked rather drab online. I thought it needed some colour.

But in person, I see the metallic ink and that made all the difference to me!

I'm still trying to figure out Edmonton...

I've got an A/P version of the poster I picked up from Artillery so I assume the gold isn't metallic on my version. Having said that, I couldn't care less - the poster is just so bad ass I think it's perfect just the way it is.

I still can't believe Ed turned down Brad's concept for his Hawaii poster...what the hell was he thinking?!

I still haven't got mine yet, I hate the wait, as it looks so cool. I should probably have this one professionally framed or something but of course cash is tight at the moment.
  • If there's a second round of EV posters....
How about a mystery tube option, with a couple of Ed's Sig's thrown in the mix?

That sounds exciting but risky... There are some REALLY ugly posters out there!

Got my Oakland poster today! Really happy about it. Didn't pick it up at that show because my wife was giving my grief for already getting a poster for night 1. I have a bunch of posters in the closet not yet framed so I understand her hesitation to spend more money just to add to that pile. I just said "whatever you say honey" because I knew I was going to get it eventually anyway and now I have.:lol:

That Hawaii poster is one of my favorites. Just got it framed earlier this year and it looks great with a gold frame.

I think it makes perfect sense considering it's the poster for the whole tour so they probably printed a lot more copies than any of the other posters. It is a great looking poster!

True, but the Batman posters old a year or two ago sold out right away and you would think would have had a similar print run. But you are right that they would have printed a lot more.

The Batman poster is much better than this one though in my opinion.
