    A co-worker recently showed me this website. It has amazing low-fat recipes. My little boy is out of school today, so we baked cupcakes for the house and family get together on Easter. I think I have 48 cupcakes at my house right now, not good for the diet. :?

    Those look so yummy! But most people in the house don't like coconut...if I made them I would have to eat them all! Which is not good...after that milestone birthday in September the metabolism isn't what it used to be... :(
