    Oh I know, it's more the action than the words in some cases. Or lack of action as it were.

    Thanks, I appreciate the thoughts and prayers. Some days my heart feels strong, and then others it is as if it's tethered together by frayed strings, and just unravels at the seams.

    Such is life though, right? Trying to see light and joy in everything despite the dark moments that creep up.
