Too expensive tickets

We all love PJ and E.V. that's a fact, great band with awesome shows but the tickets are very high.
For example the European tour of Eddie is too expensive. I have bought both days in Berlin for next July and cost me 140 euros.
That is my opinion. Tell me what you think about that issue.

    Obviously they weren't TOO expensive.

    Kind of like everything else in life, if its too expensive then you dont buy it. I couldnt handle the Ferrari I wanted to buy so I bought my Chevy pick-up instead. If you think Charmin is too much for your ass, buy the store brand sand paper. No one forces you to buy EV or PJ tix.

    I would quite happily pay that price. Do you think that because Ed is only 20% of Pearl Jam that he should charge 20% of a Pearl Jam ticket? Smaller venue = less ticket sales, therefore ticket prices have to go up to cover costs. Some bands charge $300-$500 dollars...Pearl Jam never will so be happy...

    Beach Boys are charging $275 for Orchestra seats at the Beacon

    Tedeschi-Trucks is charging $125 for same.


    I have to wonder who is paying those prices for those bands. It is too expensive for me. But, I'm assuming the market could support that (and if not, they will be embarassingly playing to 60 empty rows). However, despite a DESIRE to see those bands, those prices eliminate me.

    See how easy that is?
