    I sincerely hope that if it is Alpine again, this isn't the only US show this year. That would be infuriating.

    Seriously this better be US dates or people are gonna be pissed. It's been 2 years since a normal PJ tour over here and honestly when have they not toured the US in an election year?? I highly doubt it's only Apline but honestly I've already requested a reservation if it is but I really think they're goinhg to do more than just one show and I think it's high time they announce US dates more than 8 weeks in advance!

    would they do a full on US tour even without an album to tour behind? seems to me, based on past experience, it seems like they usually only announce full band US tours when they are touring behind an album. They arent in the vein of someone like dylan who tours every year, new album or not

    And I want to caveat this by saying if this is only AV that's fine but we seriously need additional US dates this year!

    I hope it's a US tour. And play Texas damnit. I regret not traveling last time they toured the US... hopefully with all of us begging for the south we'll get some love. Ya'll can have EV in Europe if that's what this is, I love EV, but he never compares to the real deal.

    @ this point I don't really care, I have TONS of shows I am going to coming up, Roger Waters The Wall, Death Cab for Cutie, Tom Petty, 3 EV solo shows, Phish, Furthur. They played Texas in 2009 and before that it was since 2003, I have traveled to see Pearl Jam starting in 1993, we drove 3 hours to see them. In 1994 we went to to St Louis @ Fox Theater for 2 shows, 1995 I was LUCKY, they played in Austin, didn't get to see No Code or Yield for different reasons.

    2000 I went to 2 shows in Houston, 2003 San Antonio and Dallas, 2005 The Gorge and Monterrey, Mexico, 2006 San Fransisco, 2007 Chicago, 2008 MSG, Hartford, Mansfield, 2009 Seattle and YES!! ACL Fest!, 2010 Columbus, Indy, Cleveland, 2011 PJ20.

    I am TIRED of traveling and spending so much money, so unless they play somewhere relatively close to Texas, or somewhere that is a short and cheap airplane ticket I am going to pass this year. I have TONS of other shows I am going to go to. A "fan" can only take their part of the country being ignored for so long before you just throw the towel in. I have been a fan since Ten and I also traveled plenty back in the day to see the Grateful Dead, 169 shows seeing them and I slept in my bed twice and I have seen Phish @ least 40 times all over the country.

    I am getting to old and want to spend my money more wisely and spread it out seeing other bands, I will still be a big PJ fan, they just aren't going to get as much of my hard earned money anymore.

    If its in Ohio, please let it be in Sandusky. I'd love to see Pearl Jam with adrenaline flowing from riding all the rollar coasters at Cedar Point. :D
