Ed solo tour of Europe. This rumor has been around for months. Unfortunately once again no USA Pearl Jam tour.

I wish and hope for this, still haven't finish my plans for PJ EU tour because of this rumor.

I believe that the one "Tweet" means "One" show to end the year of full Pearl Jam touring.
I believe that "Have a nice weekend" means that Pearl Jam will close their year of touring with One weekend show.
I recall that back in the day, last year sometime, Mike mentioned making the destination weekend an annual thing. Shortly after PJ20, the rumors started flying.
Add all of that with Stone recently saying in an interview that they are in no rush to finish the new album.

This all makes me think that PJ will play a show at either AV, the Gorge, or something like that for a destination weekend to end the full band touring for the year. Will complete recording the new album late fall. Will release the new album late next spring and do a full blown US tour that will end in the 3rd annual PJ Festival Destination Weekend.

So I should make sure my membership is up to date so I can be told that Pearl Jam wont be touring the South again? :|

Its going to be a 40 date tour the South, closing every show with Free Bird.

    Peace.
    I'll take it!

Even if it means I have to sit thru Freebird...although Mike doing a 10 min solo.... :D 8-)

Best case senario- a destination style weekend In europe, this side of the pond, it's much easier & cheaper to gig hop in europe than it is for fans to make it to the US. To be able to see PJ, Eddie solo, Brad, Flight to mars etc... That would be a epic.

geebusss this is driving me nuts and its only 12 hours after the Tweet!
so many ways this could go

I'm crossing my fingers for US but who knows..I wouldn't place any bets :(

Destination weekend seems likely if it is US

Just hope its not in Timbuktu this time round

The poster who talked about One Tweet for Ed, Three Tweets for the Band, seems right on track with that
    peace,

Nice try! You had this in 2009, now it's time for Glasgow Barrowlands, June 18th....

.....on the other hand I believe this is Ed solo in Southern Europe and maybe a UK date but I still think there will be US shows in Sept/Oct to come.

Based on my sources the Ed Ved solo tour in Europe was postponed.
I think... PJ will play in the southern states of USA.
