    some progress is better than no progress though :)

    The one thing that works for me all the time is garlic. It helps boost your immune system. In turn it helps shorten the length of your cold. So needless to say, I put garlic in everything I cook and take garlic pills when I first start feeling run down. :)

    The pills I take are scentless, odorless, organic and you won't sweat a scent of garlic. :lol:

    And cooking with garlic isn't all that bad. :lol: YOu can't even taste it mixed with everything else. :lol:
