At the moment I thought it was awesome what I heard in Antwerp, but hearing it again on CD... Not really... But it was a great treat!

We already get Incubus opening for PJ which I really like. Can't wait!!

  • oh come on, it's not fair to tease me like that. I LOVE Hunger Strike...
Is there such a possibility? It was with Wolfmother last time, right? I didn't particularly like that guy singing, he didn't hit the exact notes, but still nice to hear that song again... How did it happen and they decided to sing that song again?

Man, now i'm gonna have to add this to my wish-setlist, as if all the other songs weren't enough. This one i had crossed-out as an impossible one
I'll ride the wave where it takes me...

Trust me, I heard that song live in Antwerp - and it was fabulous!!! It really gave me the creeps...so beautiful - they played it relaxing - both Andy and Eddie having some nips of some red wine...in fact, Andy was really nervous...

Indeed! And I've heard another version when he was far more relaxed which sounded better, plus in Antwerp Ed had to 'push' him to sing, he wasnt going full throttle.. Just my opinion, still I loved that I heard it live!

that's the impression it gave me as well, he wasn't giving it his all
anyhoo, i hope they play the song even if they get a chipmunk to sing Chris' part :P

  • We do sound bored, don't we? Hehe
I'm all up for the meeting, i'll be there early anyway. But i don't have a 10c ticket boohoo
I saw RHCP in Hyde Park two years ago, they were brilliant, big spaces sure suit them!
I also saw the Who in Hyde Park last year, they were magical, specially during Baba O' Riley, you get chills, it feels like you're going back in time. They still have it :)

We're getting old and bored :D

I did see RHCP in 2003, a great show, I never saw the Who, only on TV/DVD, they are also great.

My neighbour had a huge condom at a Bon Jovi concert.
Drinking with a condom is possible, even as eating, talking, kissing and other things.

And I sure would like to hear Hunger Strike. Maybe with Chris Cornell...

    what do YOU think??
we changed from what holland was known for though. We WERE the liberal free and innovative country in social laws. but all thats changed. we are scared, not open minded and harsh people now..

i'm pretty sure you're still easy-going people, and Mike Myers got it all wrong. I should have never listened to him :D

  • Hey,

Those of you who are still struggling to find a hotel, I booked mine the other day on:

    http://www.expedia.co.uk

I am going to Best Western Belvoir hotel. I is a reasonable 4 Star which let me book a room for 3 people working out at £37 each. As far as I can work out it is an ok walking distance from the station and venue.

Got my flights to Amsterdam from Stansted for £75 next day return.

It's gonna be great. The last 3 Incubus albums are quality in my opinion. I'm going to see them in April at Brixton. It's all about the Jam though.

    See you all there
