Got this on eBay a few days ago, arrived this morning!

And it's the one with the 9 Cards inside as well =)

    I have two copies that fold out completely horizontally, as opposed to the horizontal/vertical folds. And these never come with cards.
    I think they were the later batch of cds.

    Not a bad purchase for $35.

    No problem, you just can't "ebay" items around here. You either "trade" by listing items you are looking for or post what the price you want for it. That will cover your butt. Plus posting it in the right forum also
