beginnings and endings

I've just recently listened to the into the wild soundtrack and i just die when i hear the beginning of no ceiling... i also find this happens at the beginning of oceans, sometimes, smile to name a couple ..and end of alot of pearl jam songs where they intensify..like release, porch, evolution, once..

just wondering..what beginnings and endings make your go f**k that's so good...and rewind or ff .
