Still no Holiday Single/Deep Magazine...

what do i do? I think i've waited long enough. I mean, shouldn't I of gotten something by now? It's been 5 months now since they started releasing them, and I still haven't recieved mine. I'm not trying to sound like a prick, but I've talked to a lot of other people over the forum and messaging about this and all of them got there stuff a month ago or before. Please, if anyone could tell me what to do it would be greatly appreciated.

    I Had the Same Problem, I Contacted them and in a Week I had a new one sent out to me. They were Super Friendly.
  • Did you join March 17, 2011? Or is that just when you logged onto the forum?

    If it's when you joined, there hasn't be a 2011 single or Deep. What was released 5 months ago was the 2010.

    Ditto. I e-mailed them in mid-December, and they said they would send out a replacement to me in a few weeks (haven't got it yet, though). They were really nice.

    I know it says that i joined, but that was actually the last time a renewed my membership. I joined March 17 of 2009. I conctacted Ten Club about that same issue of what it says on my profile, but neither they or I can fix it. but i am a member since 2009.

    I also contacted them in mid december and they said the same thing. I also contacted them in november. Still nothing!

    If you have a service issue with the Ten Club, the thing to do is contact them at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:info@tenclub.net">info@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> or phone them so that you can get an answer regarding the issue. Thank you.
