    I believe in supporting the band when I can and purchasing directly from Ten Club. So what if it costs a little more? Rather the money go directly to Pearl Jam than Barnes & Noble or whatever. Normally I'm kind of a deal seeker, but for this I don't worry about it.

    I prefer to purchase from 10c but the shipping costs are killing me :? it's tough to justify when amazon ships for free :|

    The band gets money regardless of who sells it. I dont understand why people feel they have to order from 10C to support the band if you can get items cheaper or faster elsewhere.

    About time they are selling it for $20 bucks. Amazon, Chapters and many other's online were selling them for $20 bucks for a while now. Then they went back up in price.

    Does anyone know if the book has made it's way digitally on the world wide web? In .pdf format?
