Im sorry I said it, Brisbane 09 QSAC stadium was sub par. Dont get me wrong PJ were awesome but QSAC is 30 years old and the sound was a bit ordinary. What do you think, keep it at QSAC or back to a 2 nighter at BEC?

Two nights at the entertainment centre would be awesome.... not the stadium at the Gold Coast. I went to Foo Fighters and it was a nightmare getting home....

Or play Suncorp if it has to be a stadium ..... QSAC would be better than no show ;)

  • I went to see the Foo Fighters at Metricon stadium in December... gotta say it was a great venue but you definately gotta stay the night cos it is a nightmare to get back to Brisbane suburbs.

A 2 nighter at the riverstage would be fantastic!

qsac is shit.. shit to get to, shit to get from. shit sound.
suncorp is too big for pj these days. maybe if it was 1995.
riverstage is in the city.. and theres not a bad spot in the house. its a no brainer.

  • is it that they would rather play the bigger stadiums to reduce costs on playing other places twice? probably wrong but BECwas always awesome, good sound and you got to see them twice in your home town. Maybe im just getting greedy in my old age.

I think it's more that they don't want to be on tour for so long and away from their families. With the travel between shows and the fact they have to play multiple nights in most cities in Oz it makes it a long tour and playing stadiums is solves this problem as well as satisfies demand.
