Has the lottery emails finished?

I'm just confused as I've only seen about 10 people post that they have recieved ticket confirmation when normally the website is flooded with traffic after getting tickets.

2012 - Manchester 1+2, Berlin 1+2, Stockholm, Oslo
2014 - Berlin, Leeds, Milton Keynes

    its weekend..+ from morning i communicate and hook up more than 20 people..
    and mails start arrive after midnight in europe..
