    it's like the 06/07 winter, except without the one big storm after thanksgiving.

    i don't mind either way. cold doesn't bother me. although i do feel somewhat jipped on the snowblower

    Haven't had to invest in a snowblower yet...one of the few nice things about renting.

    Hopefully mother nature is taking it easy on us this year after last year's mess of a winter.

    it may only be 1-2 days, but when it's YOUR 1-2 days, it BLOWS. It's so damn cold out there today, I HATE IT.

    it's a friggen ice box out there. Days like this make me want to snuggle up on the couch with some hot tea and chick flicks.

    Major portions of California are experiencing a very dry winter. Pyramid Peak, a mountain in the Crystal Range of the Sierras (which I've climbed to the top of twice) is visible from parts of my home town. I've never seen it without snow this time of year and right now it looks barren of any snow. Not good.

    It's cold in Greece and no snow in Chicago? What the hell is happening?!

    It's 8°C (46°F) here in Dublin. It's actually pretty nice out! We haven't had too many cold days at all, and no snow like we were getting used to after last year.
