What about wristbands for non-European 10C members?

I know that the original statement regarding the wristbands to be distributed to 10C members who bought on the public sale is supposed to be only for those who were the original purchaser on the public onsale... But, I have to ask... What about those of us who were NOT ALLOWED to purchase on the public onsale because of the ticket seller's policy on not accepting cards except from only specific countries? Those of us from the US who had tickets IN THEIR CART (I printed out pdf's to PROVE IT!) could NOT check out and purchase those tickets! We also could NOT get them during the regular presale, due to the meltdown of Crowdsurge... So, now, some of us have travel plans and still don't know how we are going to get tickets! Hopefully, we can find someone on the Forum who can get a wristband, but that might be a slim chance. So, if we are FORCED to purchase from some other non-official seller, it would really add insult to injury if we were STILL not allowed to get a wristband! Is there ANY concessions that can be made for these special cases? PLEEEEEASE??? Thanks very much!

    Yep, I thought I might... Thanks Dimitris! I was just seeing if I could rally any support from anyone else on the boards that may be in the same situation. Hopefully, maybe it's not a widespread problem and they'll take some pity on me :)
