    When they played it Denver 1 the PJ crowd seemed to be more then ok with it and the rest just kinda stood there rockin' out. Maybe they didn't know the background of the song or something...but I didn't see any negative reaction.

    The deal was, there was no mask, no jacket, no big production. To the casual fans/Petty fans -- ie, the ones most likely to be taken aback -- it was just another song.

    so, there was no negative reactions whatsoever, far as I could tell.
    everybody wants the most they can possibly get
    for the least they could possibly do
