I think people from some eastern european countries had the same problem.
I'm surprised they let me buy anything, surely accepting Italian credit cards is not a wise decision these days
seriously though...I was able to buy tickets on ticketmaster US with my card just fine, so I don't see why there's all those problems here. 0 -
Oh Rafie...
I hope you get this sorted. 0 -

These things happen... the worst thing I ever encountered was a show in Toronto for the Tragically Hip at a TINY venue (~500 seats), to be filmed, with ticket prices of about $20. The ticket sale was through Ticketmaster, and I was absolutely shocked when I saw I had secured a pair of front row tickets in my cart, and then Ticketmaster would not accept my CANADIAN credit card for a Canadian show! That was depressingKathi wrote:I think people from some eastern european countries had the same problem.

What's the issue? Don't you see this is what fans on this board want... geographical preference in ticketing. You should not get tickets until every fan that is even 10km closer to Amsterdam than you gets them. WHY SHOULD YOU GET TICKETS JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN AFFORD TO TRAVEL??!!11!!!???0 -
What a dumb statement. By that logic, people from certain countries could never see a pj show because they just don't play there. It really shouldn't matter where you are from in order to get PJ tix.RE4790 wrote:rafie wrote:No one from Israel was able to get tix using an Israeli CC. 10C, please help!

I had the same issue buying Stockholm - > they did not accept Slovenian cards
All would be fine if they would have stated that in the policy, but it says that credit cards from ALL Europe is accepted(except Russia)
Fortunately a colleague got one(I think it was the lastt ticket for stockholm) for me at the end

I can see them not accepting Israeli or America cards, but surely not accepting Slovenian cards violates the single market terms of the EU.Paradajzar wrote:I had the same issue buying Stockholm - > they did not accept Slovenian cards

Sorry dude, I thought the sarcasm was obvious. I think the concept of local people getting preference to local shows is not fair to people who live where they don't play, so I thought this would be a good time to point that out. Again.0 -
Swedan isn't, but Sweden is a fully signed up member of the Maastricht and Lisbon treaties. That they don't use the Euro doesn't stop them from being a part of the single market.satansbed wrote:Hinn wrote:

1 standing ticket for night 2 ended up costing me a total of 88 Euros due to not being able to order using my CC    I had to do a money transfer (which had commission fees) and add extra money so they would mail me the ticket because they could not send me an e-ticket  :evil:Still can't believe I met Mike Mccready at the Guggenheim and got a pic with him!!!!!
