Worth checking your Crowdsurge account

If you were unlucky today but you have an account with Crowdsurge, it might be worth logging into your account at www.crowdsurge.com and checking that there isn't an order awaiting payment. When I got my MEN tickets, after I clicked confirm order and it said "processing...", it then suddenly brought up an "empty cart" page, so I thought it had screwed up. By chance I decided to just check my account, and there was the order sat there awaiting payment. Worth a go at least (though I imagine if people didn't realise this at the time, they might have lost the tickets due to the 15min time limit... I don't know).

    Just bumping this because I read of someone else who had the same experience, and didn't realise for a while that they had actually got tickets and just needed to make payment.

    and how do you access your account?
    just tried login and it's giving me an incorrect email/password message.

    Nothing there...

    Was worth a look I guess, but I thought they only stayed in for 15 minutes anyway? Desperate times...

    That's what I did, i.e. opened another tab and logged into my Crowd Surge account. It worked for me (I was within the 15 minute time limit).
