fuck best buy. my dad bought me a ps3 of xmas two years ago. when i open the present i noticed the box was taped up and i thought it was weird and when i opened the box the controller was missing, i hooked up the system and a game was also stuck inside of it. when i called best buy before coming into the store, the person said that was impossible. went to the store and the manage call me and my dad lairs and said that we were tring to scam them. from my h.s. years of working at a similar store i know that it was a return that one of their dumb ass employees put back out on the floor with out checking first or noticing that it was OPENED. my dad paid for it with his credit card, called them up, told them to cancel it, they did. and best buy never got their money or system back. sold it for parts on ebay for 175 and got on new ps3 from frys electronics, on my dad bc he got his money back. so fuck them.... their going bankrupt hahahahahahaha


but i do wonder if it will be in a regular dvd case or in the blu ray case that pj sold??? any ideas?

That's some bullshit, but you can't single out the company as a whole for that. That's usually a manager call and could have happened in any big retail chain.

I worked with Best Buy for years and most times we would take the customers word on something like that, but certain managers were dicks.

i know,,, i worked at security at curcit city. but the way the manager was talking to us and the words he was chosing to use, were wrong, and not professional. called the corp. number to make a complaint and got the run around. when he call me a thief i bit my lip and walked out of the store before i got arrested for doing something i would of regetted. funny thing is if he would of looked at my account from my best rewards card, and saw the money i spent and the number of big ticket items i bought with in the last four month leading up to christmas he wouldn't of call us thieves. 7 42inch lcd tvs, audio system, two projectors, and 8 laptops. for my family business, and still needed more stuff. its the principal of the matter that i will never return to spend my money there again.
