    No.

    I think that's a pretty unfair judgment. If the unconfirmed dates are anything to go by, there are still some dates that haven't been finalised, like Amsterdam. After the San José debacle, I think they want to be certain before they announce, but still need to tell us to get our house in order in plenty of time. I don't see anything arrogant about that.

    All the 10C said was to have your membership and addresses updated by December 5. They're just giving people who aren't up-to-date an opportunity to get their shit together. They're not stringing anyone along.

    Completely agree and to be honest, it's not Ten Club's responsibility to remind us to renew our membership before this big announcement. They could easily just announce it and anyone who's not up to date, too bad.

    But now that they did... I'm getting antsy :mrgreen:

    I understand ... but to me, the best option would be :

    1-Secure every date/venue/etc ... do all the job that has to be done under the radar ...
    2-Tell people to get your account ready, because we're announcing next XXXday.

    In this case, I strongly suggest that anticipation is created at purpose, to generate hype or whatever ... but as a result it only create frustration.

    That's why I use the term "arrogant"... having the power to play with people nerves, needlessly ...

    Problem for me is, IOW tickets are still available now, and I'm only really interested in going if PJ are playing (already have tickets for Springsteen at Hyde Park) and my concern is that the announcement comes while I'm flying from Dallas to London tomorrow, I get back to the UK and all the IOW tickets have gone.

    Purely selfish motivation of course
