bootlegs and track listings

Trying to upload boots to my ipod. the damn tracklisting number screws up the song order/show. anyone know how to fix? Tried changing the track name/number in explorer but it doesn help. In itunes it wont let me change the track number there either.

anyhelp would be good. thanks

    I've had this problem before. The simplest solution is to highlight all the tracks on disc 2 in itunes, right click 'get info', and then change the entire album name to 'Vancouver B' or something like that. Then it will work fine - I have had to do this with quite a few double disc albums, I have quite a lot of PJ boots which are labelled album 'a' and 'b' for the different discs. There might be another solution, but this one works fine.

    I usually just take the time to make them all one playlist... Basically I load both cd's, combine them to that one show.. It's a little work organizing them as far as songs and order played but worth it in the end. When your done select gapless album and boom, it's like your at the whole show again...Plays straight thru the entire thing, no breaks after each song ends...It's a simple process just takes a little time..

    the regular Windows media player rips it just fine for me but I use a Zune. The only ones I've had issues with was The first 3 Spectrum shows as far as the info being right.
