    1. Green Disease is my usual 'go to' favourite. Catchy. Wish they played it a bit more. In the same category as Down and Undone.
    2.Save You lyrically and musically very powerful....
    3 And Yes Help Help - very underrated live and lyrically I think it's great!

    As for songs...I can't decide between i am mine, cropduster and green disease...and love boat captain. gah the whole record is great.

    I Am Mine or All Or None - The 2 best songs on the album..

    There are others I like : Cropduster, Cant' Keep, You Are & Bushleaguer.

    I still think Riot Act contains some of the most average PJ Material. Help Help, Ghost and Get Right are all snorefests for me.
