    I feel your pain. Have you contacted TenClub? - send an E-mail to them, ask for their advice.
    I'm sure they'll help you, they've been helpful to me in the past, as has Kufala (their bootlegs pruducers).

    I usually don't get mine for a month or so after people start receiving them. I'll just continue waiting patiently for at least another week. Thankfully, they provided a download this year.
