I've always like Stephen King..I like Hunter too. William Burroughs and Chuck Palahniuk are some of my faves too...I like off the wall stuff, but I like reading non-fiction stuff too.

Have you always liked to read?

Yes, and I still raid my parents' library when I don't have anything to read :)

Do you use public libraries or rather get the books yourself?

When I was a kid I was constantly in the library...now with Amazon..books are so easy & cheap to get, I usually just order them. I share alot with friends and family too.

Do you think you could ever write a book?

I consider my master thesis a book   But I don't think I could pull off a novel. I just read too many, it would be polluted by too much other stuff. Same with movies.

Do you keep a notepad next to your bed so that you can write down interesting ideas that come to you when you are half awake instantly?

I don't have a notebook...but I have this function in my phone that I can do this with.

Ever have a dream...wake up...go back to sleep and pick the dream up right where you left off at?

I meant a paper notebook, maybe I was using the wrong word

And yes, I can pick up my dreams - will try to do that now :) Nighty

Do you often have bad dreams that wake you up?

 I knew you meant paper notebook.

I have the same nightmare quite often that wakes me up in a pile of sweat and my heart racing and leaving me catching my breath. I'm usually up for the night then

    Nighty night Leeze

Do you remember all your dreams?

Nope, it's usually more everyday stuff, except of when I'm having fever dreams. But then it's more that I'm feeling like a midget or a giant in a tiny or huge room.

Ever touched a chimney sweeper for good luck and it helped?

I'm not a meal person, so I don't usuallu eat lunch. More of a eat a bit throughout the day kind of thing.

I'm intrigued by this chimney thing-I've never heard of it...

Is that a chimney sweeper as in the person who dances and sings like in Mary Poppins or something else?

It's the guy who is cleaning the chimneys. It means good luck to touch them in Germany :)

Have you ever hugged a stranger just out of the blue?

Never a stranger...but I was hugged by this hot guy at PJ20 when I met him for the first time. So I guess he was a stranger...so yes.:mrgreen: And he's no stranger any longer. ;)

Have you ever gone up to a stranger and told them they looked good?

    Yes.

@ Leeze- Wow. germany has fancy chimney sweepers.

do you ever randomly pay for something for a stranger- like a bridge toll, or bus fare, or coffee etc- just to do something nice?

As of last night he was alive and in Detroit. It was complicated getting him there though. Seriously complicated. Lesson of Monday- 6am flights don't happen.

Have you ever missed a flight?

hell no. i wish. the only reasons my plants are alive is because my mother visits often enough and nurses them back to health. Its not for lack of trying.

Do you keep a lot of plants in your house?
