Pearl Jam Twenty Deluxe DVD

Before I start hounding the folks in the orders department, I thought I'd post the question here for anyone in the general population with a little knowledge to chime in...

I ordered the deluxe DVD on something like September 25th (or around that time) and,

a: I never received a confirmation e-mail,
b: have no idea when the group is gonna start sending out the dvds, and
c: went to the goods page today and noticed that the Pearl Jam Twenty Deluxe DVDs were sold out.

So does this mean that the pre-orders are sold out? Or are they not even pre-orders, but in fact actual orders and are currently being shipped? Do we normally get a confirmation e-mail??
It's Saturday morning, I've got massive brain fog (which has nothing to do with the day of the week), and outta nowhere, I thought of this.

Anyone? Anyone?

    they get sent on or before the release date of the 25th i think, and you get an email when your CC is charged(??)

    Here's my take on it :

    a. I ordered it on sept. 20 and got a confirmation e-mail right away. Have you checked your order history ? Is your order on there ?
    b. I wrote down they would start shipping the DVDs on oct. 25. Don't remember where I saw that, possibly in the item description in the goods section when I ordered it. I always write it down so that I know when to expect it (international shipping).
    c. You normally get a confirmation e-mail. But I reckon your order history is what counts, in case it's in there and you didn't get a confirmation e-mail. I believe since the DVDs and Blu-rays are no longer in the goods section it means they are sold-out and no one knows as of now if they'll be restocked for further ordering at some point. Regardless of them being sold-out at that stage, it was pre-ordering, so they won't start shipping just now and didn't start shipping right away.

    It is indeed in my order history. That was the first place I checked.
    Have the order date (Sept 28th), and have the order number.
    Just have to wait it out I guess.

    Yeah, you should get the 'your order is being shipped' e-mail on or right after the release date.
