What am I doing wrong???

I logged in 5 minutes before the sale, went to "Specials", refreshed my browser several times and never even saw the poster. I logged out and logged back in... still nothing. The same thing happened to me the other day with the Vic poster. Is there some kinda trick or something to get the option to buy the poster? Did anyone else have this happen? Atleast show me the poster and say "sold out"...

    this was my first success and i just logged in about 10 minutes ahead of time

    stayed in the specials sections of goods

    and starting about 3 minutes early...repeatedly clicked specials over and over again on the side, allowing it to refresh

    sure enough it showed up at 1 exactly

    that was my formula to success, goodluck next time

    I did the same thing and scored one.

    Jesika537, perhaps you didn't see the poster because it was the second item that showed up? It popped up between the two poster books for me.


    Edit...also don't give up until they take the poster out of the goods section. There could be posters just sitting in peoples carts who have no intention of purchasing it. They're just dicking around and "honing" their skills for future purchases.

    its purely luck of the draw with something this limited
    some got em, some didnt

    Refreshing is not the way to go, in the time it took the page to reload, they were gone

    And how am I gonna see the item if I dont reload the page?
    I think its all about reloading the site at the right time..

    3 Minutes before posters/tickets etc. go on sale... turn off your computer, walk away.
