    Does it seem like the Eastern Power teams are getting weak and old??

    Phillies....good pitching....sub standard hitting in the playoff.....good defense...aging starting lineup

    NY Yankees....Good bullpen....average starting pitching....aging starting lineup

    Boston Red Sox....Didn't make the playoffs....average starting pitching/bullpen....aging starting lineup

    Is this the start of their decline?

    without steroids, getting old is a bitch. maybe we'll go back to seeing players go downhill after 35.

    Going to be brutal ratings. I will watch the ALCS and try to catch as much of the NLCS as possible, at least to see Kennedy pitch, but not nearly as interested in the NL series.

    fox is pissed :lol::lol:

    no offense to fans in these towns, but the wnba finals will wind up with better ratings :lol:

    The only people who care about the ratings are the networks, and they all suck, especially fox and it's right wing propaganda. That being said, go TIGERS!!!

    Pretty much! No one cares about ratings anymore. The NHL playoffs are shown on VS, baseball on TBS, the NBA on TBS.

    Who cares?

    i've always thought it was interesting to see who and how many people are interested in stuff. also good to analyze how healthy the popularity of the game is without the big markets in play.

    agreed on the "go tigers" remark.

    As a Cubs fan never thought the day would come, but I actually told a Cardinals fan at the grocery store good luck today and that I hope they win the series. If I lived anywhere else in the country I'd be pulling for MIL, but being a Cubs fan in MIL there is no way I can root for MIL. I really miss the mid 2000's when you'd walk around MIL and no one anywhere would be wearing Brewers gear.

    That Sparky patch still gets me. If nothing else it'd be great to win out, as one last homage to our longtime Skipper. Either way they've done him proud this season!
