    if anything that would be a greater disadvantage to the phils ... the cards lost because they couldn't put runners on base until there were like 2 outs ...

    Phillies actually batted twice in shadows while the pitcher was in the sunshine, Cardinals only once.

    Cardinals lost because Cole Hamels was a fucking beast and somehow Ben Francisco got a huge hit.

    watching some of these bum pitchers makes me appreciate last year's giants. even in the 4 games they lost, no one ever completely blew up.
