    ok... but why buy this.. when so many people wanted it, missed out, etc.. if you didn't just want it for yourself? now all these trade threads. craziness.

    For guys like me (hopefully) who actually appreciate it maybe? Better to go to a Jammer than end up in some flippers hands IMO.

    yeah I may trade mine because I didn't think it was going to go fast and there are people that want it a lot more than me that have stuff to trade that I want a lot more than them, whats wrong with that?

    Theres a lot of items that I missed out on as well so I figured I could make a fair trade for some of them
    with the white vinyl. At least I'm not trying to sell mine on ebay for crazy money just trying to get something of relatively equal value by trading.

    Yeah I'm beginning to think that some of this stuff sells out fast specifically because people are buying to trade. But, it is what it is.

    I thought about buying the backpack and the vinyl for that purpose, but passed because I thought it better to just let someone that wanted to have it buy it.

    I don't really understand the uproar over people buy the white vinyl to trade. They paid $25 for the vinyl and will trade for something that was likely $30 at one point. It's a rare item being traded for another rare piece. Selling is a different story though.

    I couldn't agree more. If both pieces create equal demand and equal resale value, they should by logic be treated as equal pieces regardless of original price. It is convenient thay they were both originally priced similarly.

    So the answer to your question is $510. You take the middle man out of the formula. Each person has something the other wants. Rather than selling each of their items for cash to buy the other item, they are simply trading equal values regardless of original price.

    If you bought something for $100 20 years ago but the market only demands $10 now, are you going to trade with someone for something else that is worth $100? NO, not unless the other person is stupid. Your $10 valued item currently gets you $10 in trade with someone else. Simple concept that people have a hard time understanding.
