Great, just when I wanted to order PJ20 :(
When I was unemployed for 4 months our dollar was stronger.

I ordered it when it was on par the other day. I certainly enjoyed it when we were about $1.10 a few months back.

  • Don't panic - it will get stronger, although not like a few weeks ago.

    This from AAP -

The Australian dollar rebounded two US cents from Monday's almost 10-month low amid hopes that the Eurozone will find a concrete solution to its government debt crisis.

At 1700 (AEST) on Tuesday, the Australian dollar was trading at 98.65 US cents, up from 96.47 cents on Monday, when it reached 96.23 cents, the lowest since early December 2010.

Nomura head of foreign exchange Kurt Magnus said the market had gotten too negative about the Eurozone debtcrisis and that the recent sell off in equities and riskier currencies was too much.

"The Australian dollar was oversold, I think the Australian dollar deserves to be above parity," he said. Parity is when an Australian dollar is worth 100 US cents.

"The Aussie will pop its head above parity this week."
  • Meh. I used to order alot of shit(from here and amazon) even whe the dollar was in the 50s. It hurt when I went to America in 03 and basically halved my money. But stuff I bought over there was still remarkably cheaper the what I could get it for here.
