    Alright.... it's back to offering PJ baked goods to come back to the south...

    Today's offering is a carrot cake baked by yours truly! (this is not a picture of my cake, but I make a pretty damn good cake!)

    Mom always used to make carrot cake with cream cheese icing for my b-day.... it's my fav... I stole her recipe and learned to make it....

    so now when you visit me in texas roger we dine on carrot cake and key lime pie!
