    who do you think we are to ask for ev bootlegs?

    i think that's a decision they must take, not us..

    Of course, we will love to own some of them, but like i said before ----> it's not our choice

    So don't sign if you don't want to make your voice heard. I have no problem with that.
    Although you commenting on this thread is just about the same thing as "us" signing a petition for the EV shows to be released. It is up to Eddie. We are just letting him know there is a want for it.

    don't get my wrong.. it will be awesome those bootlegs.. but i think it's a little annoing for someone to tell you what you should do or not, and it takes the seriously out of the real petitions. like the "latin american early entry"

    but it's just my thoughts, don't get mad

    I think Ed knows that there is demand for the shows to be released but he doesn't want it. That's his choice and we have to respect that. He wasn't happy with the sound from his first tour a few years back. Who knows what he thinks of this years Oz & US tours. We won't get bootlegs from each show but maybe one day he might release of live compilation cd; after all we did Water On The Road :D

    I'm not mad I just don't understand why anyone would "protest" a petition.
    A billion people could sign it and it's his prerogative whether or not he wants to release it.
    All "we" can do is put the post out there...just sayin.

    It's funny, during the show in Perth here last March, Eddie told the crowd that if we could get bootlegs of the tour, we had to get that first Perth show, because he liked it so much. This doesn't mean that there will be official bootlegs of ;) course, but a nice thing to say from Mr. Vedder.
