I could make it last me the rest of my life...unlike most sports stars, I don't feel the need to make it rain every night with a few magnums of Cristal. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

What are you talking about? I never see any athletes come out of school with econ degrees.
Econ and Comm? Not even close to being in the same category of easy degrees. Comm, yes, econ, not so much.0 -

alcohol whipped cream is much cheaper
ok, alcoholic whipped cream may not allow me to make it last the rest of my life....The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

This is exactly what you are doing.
You blame the education system, but this is a person who received a full ride scholarship. And surely received loads of prudent financial advise. Come on. Be serious.
And like pjhawks said, the politicians or teachers or whoever aren't the ones turning inner city schools into war zones.Spectrum 10/27/09; New Orleans JazzFest 5/1/10; Made in America 9/2/12; Phila, PA 10/21/13; Phila, PA 10/22/13; Baltimore Arena 10/27/13; Phila, PA 4/28/16; Phila, PA 4/29/16; Fenway Park 8/7/16; Fenway Park 9/2/18; Asbury Park 9/18/21; Camden 9/14/22; Las Vegas 5/16/24; Las Vegas 5/18/24; Phila, PA 9/7/24; Phila, PA 9/9/24; Baltimore Arena 9/12/24; Pittsburgh 5/16/25; Pittsburgh 5/18/25

I think the easiest way to sum all of this up is - the majority of pro athletes are not smart. They didn't get where they did because they could solve for beta. Why is anyone surprised?0
