Did VIP parking at Alpine help to get out quickly?

Curious whether people with VIP parking who stayed until the end of the show were able to get out fairly quickly using an alternative exit, or if it still took a long time?

The VIP parking worked great Saturday, stood to the very end and got out of the red lot in less than 10 minutes

sunday was bad but not as much of a disaster as i expected, only about a half hour from getting in the car

Yes, it did, we got out in about 20 minutes, we just had to wait until they opened the road, which led out to Alpine resort and out to the main road from there. Was great and worth every cent!
  • had VIP parking for Saturday and regular parking on Sunday. Might have just been luck or circumstance, but VIP parking got us out about 30 min faster.

Yes, it helped. Saturday not as much because it was so dark and there was nobody to usher us to the right spot, we got sort of sidetracked. Sunday it was a godsend.

Yeah, it was helpful. Despite the morons walking and covering the entirety of a road wide enough to fit 3 cars. It never ceases to amaze me how stupid and inconsiderate people can be. The first night we made it out in about 20 minutes. The second night we got out without any delay.

i got there right when gates opened both nights and was front row to the right of the entrance.

about an hour both nights. I'm sure if I got into another VIP area to the left of the entrance it would've been faster (we had to wait for people to leave the venue to clear up the pathway to the exit.

  • Had VIP both nights but exited via the main entrance. Even so, you get quick access to the driveway out so you weren't jammed just trying to get out of the GA lots onto that road. About five minutes night one, fifteen minutes night two. I also thought it bewildering how the pedestrians blocked the road but it's not like they had much option right after the show. It still would be nice if they'd move to the side when a car came crawling through... not to mention beneficial to their health!

  • Ten minutes night one, five minutes night two. Down the center lane of the main exit. Worked like a charm and I am very happy that it did. Totally worth the $$$!

well shit, so taking the side exit took longer? shouldn't have been one of the sheeple thinking the side exit was better...
    :?
  • We had VIP both nights but took 20-30 minutes to get out both nights. Had tickets down low both nights, so took a little longer to get out of the venue. (So no complaints)

I did not have VIP parking but got really lucky both days. Day one we got to the lot around 3:00 pm and ended up being in nearly the last row of the Yellow lot. We were out in 10 minutes.

Same thing happened on Sunday night, except that time we were in the back of the blue lot.

    Nope, why?
  • we parked in the super special VIP parking... anyone see that lady sitting in the chair just before the entrance (on the right if you were coming from 43/Bowers Rd)? well, if you offer some special favors, you get to park right in her driveway, and let me tell you, even though I don't have my dignity anymore, I'm sure glad I saved 45 minutes both nights...
