I'm glad Vegas finally sold out (or as listed on the web page temporarily out of stock). It was very tempting.- Busted down the pretext

Yeah I know, Im kicking myself for not getting them. That whole 'Burgh-Natti thing had me in a quandry. Now that the 3rd NJ show is out, I'm looking to add a replacement.....the 'Burgh seems like a natural replacement.
Chrom, if I can get decent seats in the public sale I might end up driving out. Its so close to not to go...LOL. I might see if I can get club box seats there.0 -

Oil prices have little to do with jet fuel prices. THey come from different products and are made by different processes. That's why they didn't spike last year or after 9/11.
Now if Seattle flights start filling up, then yeah, they'll start going up!Do you remember Rock & Roll Radio?0 -

Well, that sucks big peter. Sometime last year, I read an article that said what I stated above. Personally, being an accountant, I don't know anything about jet fuel economics, so I guess I'm at the mercy of whatever article I read about teh subject. Oh well, lol.

Ha ha ha no engineer here but the article is pretty sound. I know that gas prices are going up partly because demand increases in the summer as usual. But also because of the end of MTBE being used as an additive in gas and replaced with Ethanol which is more expensive. Also there is a new lower sulfur content regulation for diesel fuel. In the past, diesel fuel traveled in the same pipelines as gas and kerosene but now because of the tougher sulfur standard, separate pipelines for diesel are being built and the cost passed on to consumers. Both of these developments effect my line of work since we manufacture dyes and chemicals to "mark" fuels. This is your notice that there is a problem with your signature. Please remove it.

I'm thinking early Thursday morning so we get to Seattle in the afternoon and then flying back late Sunday night or early Monday morning!
BTW everyone....if a second Gorge show (or show in the area) gets booked for Friday, July 21 and that prevents us from going to the Mariners/Red Sox game, there is another M/RS game on Sunday, July 23 at 1PM...any takers?DC 6/14/98

Theoretically if the 2nd show is going to be a Seattle show in Seattle on Sunday we can do the double dip and go to the Sox game and then the 2nd show and then spend Friday just touring around Seattle.- Busted down the pretext

You're against NAFTA? How un-Republican of you. However, I applaud because I'm against it too. I'm from a labor family, so yeah, I don't like it when jobs are outsourced for $0.50/hour so that we lose good labor jobs making $20/hour.
Of course, teh knee-jerk conservative comeback is always "it's the free market!" blah blah blah. Yeah, it's the free market if we can sell our goods down there. The small business person can't get their goods into Mexico or China; they won't let you.
If anyone can tell me why it's good for America to lose jobs so we can pay $0.80 for a dozen coathangers at Walmart, well, I'm ready to listen.Do you remember Rock & Roll Radio?0 -

Fuck Walmart...
And I hope the 2nd show isn't sunday.. that means I'll have to pay to change my ticket and an extra nite at the hotel. Ohh well cross that bridge when we get it.This is your notice that there is a problem with your signature. Please remove it.
