TAILGATE OUR ASSES OFF SATURDAY AFTERNOON"!!!!!!!!!!

Used to get this dark roast coffee called Rocket Fuel but the shop went under. It worked about as good as its name. Maybe I could find it online Make a couple gallons in the coffee toddy and bring along to share 8-)

So anyway, back to coconut pancakes... What the?????..... What the hell is a coconut pancake? Pancake mix made with coconut milk? With coconut in it? Pancake with some kind of coconut topping? Can you put one aside for me to try please!??!?!?

coconut pancakes are just that....coconut pancakes. instead of traditional flour or pancake mix I use coconut flour and coconut milk instead of traditional cows milk. Because I can't have gluten and very limited amounts of dairy this is what I use. It's very tasty. One would think that it would be overkill with coconut flavor but it's really not. It has just the right amount of flavor.

I'll have to make some and bring some along for some of you to try. Just let me know who wants some.

Speedy is still in charge of the "other" pancakes.

we dont have pancakes here..i eat when i visit ny..was great..but with coconut..will be fuckin great!!!
