    what the deuce?

this was just like handing it right over to drury before he even put on a sweater.

cally deserves that C more than anyone on that team. can't agree with that decision.

you wonder if that was used as bait to get richards to come to NY. guarantee the guy the letter if you sign.

Not a Rangers fan, but I agree. You need to play in front of the fans & new teamates and prove that you are worthy, no matter what your track record maybe with other teams. Richards is a great player, but he needs to play atleast 1 game first IMO

was messier named captain from the start or did he play a game first?

 i don't really care, but if they think he is the player for the job, give it to him and be done with it.

i'm also guessing Wayne was named captain in LA when he was traded.

training camps are right around the bend.

i read that Andre Deveaux is a career AHL guy but
he can skate, score, and fight.
I think with Boogeys passing, someones gotta step up with the fighting.
Yeah Prust can hold his own but we need his skills more.

And, after 19 NHL years, the final active player
    from our 94 Championship team
has called it quits. Best of luck, Kovy !

banged up last season, bought out by NYR buti still think he could have been a benefit to some teams around the league. pretty surprised he is calling it.

his game 5 goal against the rangers still makes my ass cringe. i'll never forget how close i was to flipping my TV that night. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvNy7pVCDLA

A co worker called me with 7 seconds left and left me a voice mail saying awesome game ..blah blah
I almost sucker punched him on monday morning

If I didn't live on the 4th floor I would have jumped out the window...but I figured I would have just broke my legs and still have been miserable

The goal was fine..the 3 blatant penalties on the play is what sent me over the edge
