i feel like death warmed over
or something

my back hurts like a mfer
my knees are killin me somethin fierce
all these bones are broken or once were
my mornings hold the pain i cannot grab
yet i own all of it in aching

hair once flew greatly
now a forgotten dream
of eagle

no day for me today
neither the night tonight
nor tomorrow
but maybe
