Hey.. Coming over from ireland to Chicago... Still deciding where to stay .. But milwaukee is lookin like an option!! If we do would def be interested in the party... Let's make it international!!:)0
-
OMG! you have to come! It would be awesome to have you on board! Here's a link to an amazing hotel that would make you feel like your still in Ireland and it's only 4 blocks from where the bus is leaving from.
http://www.countyclare-inn.com/
If you don't do the County Claire, there are 10 or 15 other great hotels all within walking distance to our bus.
If you have any questions, let me know. I really, really, hope you decide to stay in Milwaukee and take the bus with us!0 -
forgot to ask, what part of Ireland are you from?0

ya we there after the festival so will see it then....much to do in MILWAUKEE??
and preparties there on the friday???
ya thinking the same thing that it will fill up... just after posting about it on another thread... might get you to put us down provisionaly and we can confirm over the next few days if not too much hastle ....the more we think about it the more fun it seams...have to experience the whole tailgating thing0 -
I'll pencil you guys in for sure. What are your first names? Milwaukee is a great town! a lot of people say it's like Chicago on a smaller scale. There is literally a bar on almost every street corner! I don't think there has been any discussion of a Friday night pre-party meet up yet but we can definitely set up a Friday pre-party for all those interested.0

Curious, my plans have recently changed and I'll be attending PJ20 solo more than likely and I wanted to get your take on the vibe of this bus. Being in the "older" age bracket now I'm concerned about being on a bus with a bunch of 20 somethings who are partying and having a good time. Not that there's anything wrong with that but I would probably be (feel) a little out of place in that type of situation so I'm hoping that the group is a healthy mix of fans like me as well or at least open to having someone older join the group.
And don't worry, this old man is no stick in the mud. I fully plan on partying, celebrating and taking in all of the moments of that weekend no matter who is around!

The youngest in our group is in his late 20's...Pretty sure I'm the most experienced...I will be 37 in a week or so. Don't worry; we won't be doing hand-stand beer bongs or anything....hmmm....ok, we won't be the ones starting the hand-stand beer-bongs. You'll be fine man, most PJ fans are gettin a little long in the tooth....I plan to be upright when PJ takes the stage.
And man....Go Beavers is kinda right....:?
22/27 people are guys. Lucky ladies0 -

This is the true story... of 40 strangers... picked to travel in a party bus from Milwaukee to Alpine Valley ... where they will spend the next 13 hours partying together and have their lives forever changed... It's time to find out what happens... when 40 strangers start drinking large quantities of alcohol, you throw in a stripper pole... and start getting real...The Party Bus!
That's my version, WHAT"S YOURS? We can vote on the best revised quote and award that person a special prize on the bus!
oh my heavens...you guys are making this more and more enticing. it's like how can you not not go on teh party bus.
You and EmBleve HAVE to come. And maybe bring your brownies

yr oh so right.0 -
Actually $32.50 per person if we get to 40 people and Comebackgirl is right, this is going to be way more fun than a shuttle!
Hey Drowned Out, thanks for the beer bong comment. One of the guys in the Milwaukee group is now planning on making one that reaches from the upper party deck to the ground below!
I don't know if I should actually rest my body for the next couple weeks or run it through some hard core training at the local bars for the next couple of weeks!0 -
