The movies were made by HBO and interestingly capture most of the insanity during the initial trial. Crazy to have a trial so well documented. There is ample reason this case has many up in arms.
When did 3 come out? I haven't seen anything about it at all.0 -

I started following Natalie Maines on Twitter after hearing her & EV at the WM3 benefit...I just had this exchange:
(Her):Heard the most incredibly amazing wonderful news and I'm not allowed to tell you...yet. Hint:Something really wrong is about to be righted.
(Me(@emw1968)):@1NatalieMaines WM3!!?

Why doesn't everyone just let this issue die already?
Evidence in cases don't amount to shit!
Casey Anthony/OJ ring a bell??
Sorry, sarcasm is in my intent. I think the American justice system is more corrupt then Wall Street."Honesty will always be construed as negative to a dumbass"

Celebrity endorsements, to include Eddie, do not form my opinion of this case. I have invested my on time to consider facts about the case. I have reached my on conclusion and feel compelled to support these men through their retrial. You are free to rail against me all you want, but as Tom Petty says "I won't back down" on my argument.0 -

And the police records of Damien Echols....
What was your opinion of Damien Echols???
Or is most of your knowledge of Damien Echols...Gathered from that made for TV documentary???Take me piece by piece.....

Because many people, myself included, feel 3 innocent people are locked away! While tragic to allow a guilty person to go free, it is far worse to lock up the innocent.0 -

So after eading the medical records of Damien Echols...
And the police records of Damien Echols....
What was your opinion of Damien Echols???
We likely wouldn't have anything in common. If the shoe were on the other foot, I doubt he would advocate for me. Doesn't change my moral compass that what happened to him is wrong regardless of your listing of his prior wrongs. Violence is wrong and I'm clearly not justifying his other actions/threats. <sorry having trouble editing text on iPad - disregard following text>
We likely would not be friends and have little to nothing in common. If the shoe were on the other foot, he likely wouldn't advocate for me. Who knows maybe I'm wrong.

You want the reason...okay.
Number 1 > They made a documentary about it, so people gained an interest in it. That's the truth.
Number 2 > The whole listening to heavy music which is something we all do here, being a factor makes things interesting.
and Number 3 > They didn't have any evidence they committed the fucking crime dude.
We know they were not "good kids" but that has nothing to do with anything other than weather you'd be friends or not with them...or weather you'd let them watch your kids as you put it. I wouldn't let you watch my kids, so should I call the cops and have them put you on death row??
I agree 100 percent that I don't like any of these three guys they have in prision. I wouldn't have hung out with any of them back when all this happened. None of that has a damn thing to do with the fact that they put three kids in prison with no proof. You keep pooping out your mouth Echols mental health history. You said he threatened to kill his parents once.....why aren't you saying he threatened to kill the 3 boys he's on death row for????? So in other words what you're telling me is because he is bad seed, a piece of trash, a loser, a no good punk as bitch......that he should be killed weather he did the crime or not???
I'm gonna go confess to something and say you were there too okay. So be prepaired to join me in prison alright. If thats all it takes, I'll see you in prison with me okay.
Oh and it won't matter if in my confession the things I say happened couldn't have actually happened. For instance if I say we used a knife and skinned our victim but later it shows no knife was used in the murders and in fact the wounds were caused by animals clawing at the bodies that were left in the woods.........you're still going to join me in prison okay?????
Obviously there will be no evidence because we didn't really commit a crime but hey....if I confess us to it then you're toast buddy.
I know what you're saying. I get it. They are not anything to lose sleep over because they sure aren't "good people". But dude, if they didn't kill them why do you want them to die?
That's on you and your maker bud.Post edited by Callaway on0 -

I know, I'm on your side. Good kid, bad kid means nothing.
They didn't kill those lost souls. Bottom line"Honesty will always be construed as negative to a dumbass"

Remember... Some people in here only want to go against every grain. They want to rile people up and take the opposite position.
They do it because they have their own skewed opinions about things. Beyond that no matter what logic and reasoning, no facts or evidence you present them... They'll always be stuck in their own single focused self."Honesty will always be construed as negative to a dumbass"

If I dont have to believe Misskelley, when he says he is guilty....... Because he is retarded....
Then I guess I dont have to believe Echols, when he says he is innocent.....
Because Echols is a lunatic....And he has the papers to prove it.....Take me piece by piece.....

We are discussing facts???
Great!!!!
Fibers found on the victims’ clothes matched clothes seized from Echols’ and Baldwin’s homes. The prosecution presented this fiber evidence at both trials

Police took a necklace from Echols when he was arrested. An outside crime lab later found blood from two distinct DNA sources on the necklace. One source was consistent with Echols himself. The second source was consistent with both victim Steven Branch and co-defendant Jason Baldwin.Take me piece by piece.....

I have nothing, but won't convict an innocent kid based upon your claims of he is a "lunatic".
Again you come across single focused on your own agenda."Honesty will always be construed as negative to a dumbass"
